Below is a comprehensive overview of my refund and cancellation policy, designed to clarify your options and outline the procedures we have in place.

Cancellation Policy

By the Client
– Before Project Starts: Should you decide to cancel before any work has begun, you can rest assured that any deposit or payment you have made will be promptly refunded in full, allowing you the flexibility to reassess your needs.
– After Project Starts: In the event that you choose to cancel once we have commenced work on your project, a charge will be applied for the hours worked or services provided up until the cancellation date. Any remaining balance after this charge will be refunded to you, ensuring that you are compensated fairly for the work completed.
– Mid-Project Cancellation: If you decide to cancel midway through the project, I will provide you with all completed work up to that point. However, please note that after this stage, no further revisions or updates will be available, as the project will be considered closed.

I retain the right to cancel a project under specific circumstances, including but not limited to the following:
– If the client fails to provide necessary information that is complete and clear, which is essential for the progress of the project.
– If there is no communication from the client for an extended period of more than 7 days, without prior warning or notification.
– If the client requests modifications that conflict with our established ethical or legal standards.

In such scenarios, a partial or full refund will be considered based on the volume of work completed at the time of cancellation.

Refund Policy

Eligibility for Refunds
– Unsatisfactory Work: If you find that the final deliverables do not meet your expectations, I ask that you notify me within 15 days of receipt. I will carefully assess your concerns, and based on the circumstances, I will offer either necessary revisions or a partial refund to ensure you are satisfied with the outcome.
– Non-Delivery: In the situation where I have failed to deliver the agreed-upon work within the specified timeline—unless delays are attributable to the client—you will be entitled to a full refund, ensuring that your investment is protected.
– Duplicate Payment: If you inadvertently make a duplicate payment for the same service, I will promptly refund the excess amount upon notification, maintaining transparency and trust in our transaction.

Non-Refundable Situations

– Changes requested after you have given your final approval on the deliverables will not be eligible for refund.
– Services that have already been rendered or hours worked cannot be refunded as they represent completed contractual obligations.
– Deposits for projects that are canceled after work has commenced will also not be refundable, given the resources allocated to begin the project.

Revision Policy

To ensure your vision is realized, I offer up to three rounds of revisions for each project you undertake with me. Please keep in mind that requests for additional revisions beyond this agreed limit may incur extra charges. Should you remain dissatisfied with the revisions, I encourage you to refer back to our refund policy for options available to you.

How to Request a Cancellation or Refund

– Your full name and relevant contact information for expediency.
